Project Description:
The Fairborn Outdoor Refreshment Area (FORA) is a designated drinking area approved by City Council. This allows patrons 21 and older to purchase alcoholic beverages in a fixed cup from permitted establishments and carry the drinks onto public property. This will help promote Fairborn's growing, vibrant downtown as a dining, retail, and entertainment destination.
