Client: The City of Fairborn
Year: 2019
Project Description:
The Fairborn Outdoor Refreshment Area (FORA) is a designated downtown entertainment district approved by City Council that allows patrons ages 21 and older to purchase alcoholic beverages from permitted establishments and enjoy them within the designated public area in approved containers. The initiative was created to support Fairborn's growing downtown by encouraging visitors to explore local restaurants, retail businesses, and community events. As part of the FORA launch, I contributed to the development of the program's visual communication by designing supporting graphics and participating in the process of creating the physical signage installed throughout the district. These materials helped clearly identify the boundaries and guidelines of the refreshment area while maintaining consistency with the City's overall branding and creating a welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
