Client: The City of Fairborn
Years: 2020 & 2025

Project Description:
In 2020, the City of Fairborn celebrated its 70th anniversary of becoming an incorporated city in 1950. To commemorate this milestone, the City partnered with the Fairborn Chamber of Commerce to develop anniversary branding and promotional materials. I was tasked with creating a commemorative logo inspired by the City's original logo, which represented the historic merging of the villages of Fairfield and Osborn into the community of Fairborn. The final design was adapted into collectible Christmas ornaments produced by a local jeweler for residents to purchase. I also created promotional graphics for the 70th-anniversary fireworks celebration and other commemorative materials to help share the milestone with the community. Although many planned celebrations were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the City adapted its approach to continue recognizing this important moment in Fairborn's history.
In 2025, I was again involved in celebrating Fairborn's history by designing graphics and promotional materials for the City's 75th anniversary. Building upon the visual legacy established during the 70th anniversary, I created updated anniversary graphics that honored the community's past while celebrating its continued growth and future.
