The Dissappointing Stand-Up Show

For the 50th Anniversary of the Preble County Historical Society, I designed a promotional poster for The Disappointing Stand-Up Show, an 18+ comedy event featuring multiple performers and live entertainment. The goal of the design was to create an eye-catching visual identity that captured the humor, energy, and unconventional personality of the show while still highlighting important event details. I developed custom illustrated character artwork, hand-drawn typography, and a stylized background environment to create a playful and memorable composition. By combining illustration, bold lettering, and a unique color palette, the poster established a strong promotional presence while celebrating the creativity and entertainment value of the anniversary event.
